Description
A polished Amethyst Quartz display point with a broad pale central area, lavender colour near the upper part and deeper purple towards the lower end. Translucent sections contrast with cloudier Quartz and visible internal fractures.
The cut, polished faces lead to a pointed end and give the piece a clear geometric outline. Changes in viewing angle reveal different concentrations of purple within the Quartz. The photographs show the individual piece on its glass display base, with the original outdoor setting retained.
