Mine, district and regional information is recorded wherever it is available. When an exact mine cannot be verified, the description remains appropriately cautious rather than making an unsupported claim.
Primary sourcing strength
China holds a significant place in modern fine-mineral collecting. Avalon’s collection has particular strength in specimens from Hunan, Sichuan, Guizhou and Fujian, acquired through trusted contacts and specialist suppliers.
