I founded this business in memories of my late father Colin Henry Chapman who was a traditional West Country Farmer, he was a beautiful kind hearted gentleman. The Chapman’s family throughout 300 years farmed lands of South Somerset, once having Winterhaye Farms of Ilminster, Mudford Sock Farm and Manor Farm Lufton, Yeovil past 300 years. With my Grandmother’s Elizabeth Gooding family’s having Farm Estates in Devon  and Somerset past 400 years the Ancient Lands of Avalon.

Whilst my father was suffering from COPD, I researched everything out there in the world for 8 years to help him finding  various health natural remedies, which he never liked due to the taste.
